Norėta sužinoti, ar planuojami konkretūs pokyčiai įmonės veikloje bei klausta, kokie tai bus pokyčiai. Pateikus įvairias sąlygas prašyta atsakyti, kurios sąlygos gali būti svarbiausios, įgyvendinant planuojamus pokyčius įmonės veikloje. Tirta, kiek šiuo metu respondento įmonėje dirba darbuotojų ir kiek darbuotojų yra įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą. Respondentų prašyta atsakyti, ar bendras dirbančiųjų, įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą, skaičius yra pakankamas. Norėta sužinoti, kokių profesinių kvalifikacijų darbuotojų, įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą, įmonėje trūksta, ar yra per daug. Jeigu darbuotojų, įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą, yra per daug, tai klausta, kokių veiksmų ketinama imtis. Norėta sužinoti, kokios personalo problemos tikėtinos respondento įmonėje per artimiausius 1-2 metus. Prašyta nurodyti, kokiais būdais respondento įmonė dažniausiai naudojasi užpildant specialistų, įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą, laisvas darbo vietas. Tirta, ar respondento įmonėje priimami į praktiką aukštųjų mokyklų studentai bei ar respondento vadovaujamoje įmonėje buvo priimta naujų darbuotojų 1996-2002 m. Jei buvo priimta, tai norėta sužinoti, kiek naujų darbuotojų pradėjo darbą, kokiose aukštosiose mokyklose minėti asmenys buvo įgiję aukštąjį mokslą bei kokias jie užima pareigas įmonėje. Prašyta atsakyti, kokiai pajamų grupei priklauso respondento įmonėje įdarbinti aukštųjų mokyklų 2000-2002 m. laidų absolventai. Tirta, kokių profesinių kvalifikacijų reikalingų darbuotojų, įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą, buvo sunku surasti 1999-2002 m. Respondentų klausta, ko įmonėje įdarbintiems aukštųjų mokyklų 1996-2002 m. laidų absolventams labiausiai stinga profesinio pasirengimo požiūriu. Norėta sužinoti, kokių žinių, gebėjimų ir asmeninių savybių labiausiai stinga įmonėje įdarbintiems aukštųjų mokyklų 1996-2002 m. laidų absolventams. Respondentams buvo užduotas klausimas, ar įmonėje yra darbuotojų, įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą, kurių kvalifikaciją reikėtų tobulinti. Prašyta nurodyti, kokią dalį jie sudaro nuo bendro įmonės darbuotojų, baigusių aukštąjį mokslą, skaičiaus bei kokių kursų jiems reikėtų. Tirta, kokia įmonės darbuotojų, įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą, kvalifikacijos tobulinimo ar perkvalifikavimo forma respondentams būtų priimtiniausia bei kas turėtų mokėti už aukštąjį mokslą įgijusių darbuotojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimą, perkvalifikavimą. Norėta sužinoti, kokią dalį vieno specialisto mokymo išlaidų galėtų padegti respondento įmonė. Klausta, kaip prognozuojama įmonės personalo kaita iki 2007 m. Jeigu respondentai nurodė, kad planuojamas darbuotojų skaičiaus augimas, prašyta atsakyti, kokių profesinių kvalifikacijų ir kiek darbuotojų, įgijusių aukštąjį mokslą, numatoma priimti. Tirtas respondento, kaip darbdavio (darbdavio atstovo), informuotumas apie specialistų rengimą aukštosiose mokyklose bei noras dalyvauti rengiant ir vertinant studijų programas. Interviu pabaigoje prašyta nurodyti, kuo respondentas kaip darbdavys (darbdavio atstovas) galėtų prisidėti tobulinant specialistų rengimą aukštosiose mokyklose. Klausta, kokios priemonės labiausiai skatintų dalyvauti specialistų rengimo aukštosiose mokyklose procese (finansinės, organizacinės, administracinės) bei kokie būtų respondento pasiūlymai Švietimo ir purpose of the study</i></b>: to analyse employers opinion about professional preparation of employed graduates of higher education schools of classes of 1996-2002. If their preparation meets the needs of labour market.\n<br>\n<b><i>Major investigated questions</i></b>: respondents were asked to evaluate general economic situation in their company in the last 12 months and perspectives of economic development till 2007. It was questioned if there are any specific changes planned in company's activity and what changes it will be. After various conditions listed, respondents were asked which of those conditions may be the most important in implementing planned changes in company's activity. It was analysed how many employees are currently working in respondent's company and how many of them have higher education diploma. Respondents were asked in the number of employees with higher education diploma is adequate. It was questioned which qualification employees with higher education diploma are missing or there are too much in a company. If there are too much workers with higher education it was questioned what actions there will be taken. It was questioned what personnel problems are likely to exist in respondents company in the next 1-2 years. Respondents were asked to indicate in what ways their companies usually fill in free work places of specialists with higher education.  It was analysed if respondent's company accept students of higher education schools for internship and if company led by respondent employed new workers in 1996-2002. If so, respondents were asked how many new employees started working, in which higher education schools they got their degree and what position they have in the company. It was asked to which income group in respondent's company employed graduates of higher education of the class of 2000-2002 belong. It was analysed which professional qualification workers with higher education were hard to find in 1999-2002. Respondents were asked what graduates of higher education of the class of 1996-2002 who were employed in a company lacks the most based on professional training. It was questioned what knowledge, abilities and personal qualities are the most missing in company's employed graduates of higher education schools of classes of 1996-2002. Respondents were asked if they have employees of higher education in their company who's needs qualification training. It was asked which part of the total number of company's employees of higher education do employed graduates who needs qualification training make and what courses would they need. It was analysed what form of training or retraining of company's employees with higher education is the most acceptable for respondents and who would pay for qualification training, retraining of employees with higher education. Respondents were asked which part of costs of one specialist training could their company cover. It was questioned how company's staff turnover till 2007 is predicted. If respondents indicated that a growth of employees number is predicted, it was questioned of what kind professional qualifications and how many employees with higher education is expected to be accepted. Respondent's as employer (representative of employee) awareness about specialists training in higher education schools and willingness to participate in preparation and evaluation of study programmes was analysed. At the end of the interview, respondents were asked how they as employers (representatives of employees) could contribute to improvement of specialists training in higher education schools.
