They were also asked whether they had contacts with public safety agencies during the past five years and how they assess work of these agencies. Respondents were asked to evaluate certain measures intended to improve work quality of public safety agencies. Another question was about the most important sources of information on public safety. Respondents' feeling of safety was also evaluated and they were asked whether they or any of their family members became a victim of crime during the last five years. Respondents were asked what criminogenic situation is and what the risk of becoming a crime victim is. Those respondents, who felt that there is a possibility of becoming a crime victim, were asked where this could happen.
