The declaration of confidentiality obliges LiDA Dataverse repository users to maintain the confidentiality of any information to which they have been granted access, if this information directly or indirectly identifies specific individuals. It warns that intentional or unintentional disregard for this pledge incurs liability under the data protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania. <hr> Siekiant užtikrinti LiDA Dataverse talpykloje saugomos informacijos konfidencialumą, prieš pradėdami naudotis šiame duomenų rinkinyje esančiais duomenų ir kitais failais, vartotojai privalo sutikti su <a href="https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17709981" target="_blank">LiDA Dataverse talpyklos vartotojų konfidencialumo deklaracija</a>. LiDA Dataverse repository users undertake to use files storing previous versions of metadata and/or data, as well as files storing data processing syntax, and containing a tag “Archive” in their title, to which they have been granted access by the LiDA Dataverse repository administrators, only for their own purposes and not to disclose them to any third parties. <hr> LiDA Dataverse talpyklos vartotojai įsipareigoja naudoti ankstesnių metaduomenų ir (ar) duomenų versijų ir duomenų apdorojimo sintaksės failus, kurių pavadinime yra žyma „Archive“ ir prie kurių prieigą jiems suteikė LiDA Dataverse talpyklos valdytojai, tik savo reikmėms ir neperduoti trečiosioms šalims.

Publications based on information and resources stored in the LiDA Dataverse repository must include a reference to LiDA in the footnotes or in the bibliography/reference section of these publications. This requirement aims to ensure that references to LiDA are included in social science citation indexes. When citing datasets stored in the LiDA Dataverse repository, it is suggested to follow recommendations from the <a href="https://datacitation.cessda.eu" target="_blank">CESSDA Data Citation Guide</a>. <hr> Publikacijose, parengtose LiDA Dataverse talpykloje saugomos informacijos ir išteklių pagrindu, turi būti nuoroda į LiDA tų publikacijų išnašose ar literatūros sąraše. Šiuo reikalavimu siekiama, kad nuoroda į LiDA patektų į socialinių mokslų citavimo indeksus. Cituojant LiDA Dataverse talpykloje saugomus duomenų rinkinius rekomenduojama vadovautis <a href="https://datacitation.cessda.eu" target="_blank">CESSDA duomenų citavimo vadovu</a>.
