&lt;p>The Liberal and Centre Union (LiCS) was a Lithuanian political party that has been active from 2003 to 2014.&lt;/p> &lt;p>This party that has been established on May 31st, 2003, when &lt;a href=" https://hdl.handle.net/21.12137/0NVQRQ" target="_blank"> the Liberal Union of Lithuania&lt;/a> (LLS), the Modern Christian-Democratic Union (MKDS) and &lt;a href=" https://hdl.handle.net/21.12137/WTTISG" target="_blank">the Lithuanian Centre Union&lt;/a> (LCS) merged into a new political organization.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>On December 10th, 2011 the Liberal and Centre Union merged with merged with &lt;a href=" https://hdl.handle.net/21.12137/WGVPLV" target="_blank"> the National Resurrection Party&lt;/a>(TPP).&lt;/p>
&lt;p>On July 12th, 2014 the Liberal and Centre Union merged with the political party Union YES (Homeland Revival and Perspective).
