attitudes of Lithuanian population about the most important political, social and economic issues during the rapid transformation of society and state.
Major investigated questions: respondents were asked whether they support Lithuania's transition to a market economy and which of the two approaches to the transition is closer to them. It was asked in which of the three Baltic countries the most successful economic reforms are taking place. After asking a block of questions, it was clarified what hinders Lithuanian private business the most. The question was asked whether the Lithuanian residents who participated in the survey were engaged in private activities or business and if so, what kind of activities. Conversely, after asking a block of questions, it was asked to list the reasons why some respondents do not engage in private activities. The opinion of what the respondents think about private Lithuanian entrepreneurs, which money is the most reliable for savings and in which bank is the most reliable to keep savings were asked. Respondents then asked to answer which political party they sympathize with. It was asked how A. M. Brazauskas performs the duties of the President, and Č. Juršėnas and B. Lubys hold the respective positions of the Speaker of the Seimas and the Prime Minister. Opinions were evaluated on how the activities of the Seimas and the Government correspond to the interests of the people. Respondents were asked to assess the current economic situation in Lithuania and what respondents think will be the economic situation in Lithuania after 12 months. Also, the respondents assessed their current economic situation (their family) and the material situation of the respondents (their family) after 12 months respectively. The question was posed on which step the respondents stand on the 9-step stairs. At the end of the survey, respondents were asked whether there was a chance that they could become unemployed in the next six months.
