Custom Dataset Terms - the following Custom Dataset Terms have been defined for this dataset.

The description of the dataset (metadata) is freely and openly available to both registered and unregistered users of the LiDA Dataverse repository under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0).

LiDA processed data files containing a tag “Data” in their title are available to registered users of the LiDA Dataverse repository under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Files storing survey questionnaires and cards and containing a tag “Questionnaire(s)” in their title are available to registered users of the LiDA Dataverse repository under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Files storing other fieldwork materials, research instruments, and other information related to data collection, and containing a tag “Documentation” in their title are available to registered users of the LiDA Dataverse repository under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence (CC BY-SA 4.0).

Access to files storing previous versions of metadata and/or data, as well as files storing data processing syntax, and containing a tag “Archive” in their title, is restricted. Access to these files is granted by the LiDA Dataverse repository administrators upon request via email at data@ktu.lt. Users who are granted access to these files undertake to use them only for their own purposes and not to disclose them to any third parties.

Access to files storing LiDA internal documents related to the published dataset, and containing a tag “Internal_documents” in their title, is not granted. These files are intended for internal LiDA use only.

Duomenų rinkinio aprašas (metaduomenys) yra laisvai ir nemokamai prieinamas registruotiems ir neregistruotiems LiDA Dataverse talpyklos vartotojams pagal „Creative Commons“ Priskyrimo 4.0 tarptautinės licencijos (CC BY 4.0) sąlygas.

LiDA sutvarkyti duomenų failai, kurių pavadinime yra žyma „Data“, yra prieinami registruotiems LiDA Dataverse talpyklos vartotojams pagal „Creative Commons“ Priskyrimo — Analogiško platinimo 4.0 tarptautinės licencijos (CC BY-SA 4.0) sąlygas.

Kitos lauko darbų vykdymo medžiagos, tyrimo instrumentų bei kitos su duomenų surinkimu susijusios informacijos failai, kurių pavadinime yra žyma „Documentation“, yra prieinami registruotiems LiDA Dataverse talpyklos vartotojams pagal „Creative Commons“ Priskyrimo — Analogiško platinimo 4.0 tarptautinės licencijos (CC BY-SA 4.0) sąlygas.

Ankstesnių metaduomenų ir (ar) duomenų versijų ir duomenų apdorojimo sintaksės failai, kurių pavadinime yra žyma „Archive“, yra ribotos prieigos. Prieigą prie šių failų suteikia LiDA Dataverse talpyklos valdytojai, gavę užklausą el. paštu data@ktu.lt. Vartotojai, kuriems suteikta prieiga prie šių failų, įsipareigoja juos naudoti tik savo reikmėms ir neperduoti trečiosioms šalims.

Prieiga prie failų, kuriuose saugomi LiDA vidiniai dokumentai, susiję su publikuotu duomenų rinkiniu, ir kurių pavadinime yra žyma „Internal_documents“, nėra suteikiama. Šie failai yra skirti vidiniam LiDA naudojimui.

In order to ensure the confidentiality of the data stored in the LiDA Dataverse repository, users must agree to the LiDA Dataverse repository confidentiality declaration before using any data or other files contained in this dataset. The declaration of confidentiality obliges LiDA Dataverse repository users to protect the confidentiality of any information to which they have been granted access, if this information directly or indirectly identifies specific individuals. Intentional or unintentional disregard for this obligation may incur liability under data protection laws applicable in Lithuania.
Siekiant užtikrinti LiDA Dataverse talpykloje saugomų duomenų konfidencialumą, prieš pradėdami naudotis šiame duomenų rinkinyje esančiais duomenų ir kitais failais, vartotojai privalo sutikti su LiDA Dataverse talpyklos konfidencialumo deklaracija. Konfidencialumo deklaracijoje LiDA Dataverse talpyklos vartotojai įpareigojami saugoti bet kokios informacijos, prie kurios jiems suteikiama prieiga, konfidencialumą, jei ši informacija leistų identifikuoti konkrečius asmenis. Users undertake not to transfer data curated by the LiDA and to which they have been granted access to any third parties.
Vartotojai įsipareigoja neperduoti LiDA saugomų duomenų, prie kurių jiems suteikiama prieiga, trečiosioms šalims.
Publications based on the data or other resources curated by the LiDA should acknowledge this by a reference to LiDA. To ensure that such attributions are captured by social science bibliographic utilities, citations must appear in the footnotes or in the reference section of publications.
Publikacijose, parengtose LiDA saugomų duomenų išteklių pagrindu, turi būti nuoroda į LiDA išnašose ar literatūros sąraše į naudojamus išteklius. Šiuo reikalavimu siekiama, kad nuoroda į LiDA patektų į socialinių mokslų citavimo indeksus.
The users are required to provide bibliographic information about all forms of publications referring to the data and other resources curated at the LiDA (in written form or by email: data@ktu.lt).
Vartotojai įsipareigoja pateikti archyvui publikacijų, kuriose naudoti LiDA saugomi duomenys ar kita informacija, bibliografinius aprašus (raštu ar el. paštu: data@ktu.lt).
The Lithuanian Data Archive for Humanities and Social Sciences (LiDA) bears no responsibility for the uses of the data archived therein, or for interpretations or inferences based on these uses. The LiDA accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or incidental damages or losses arising from use of the data collection, or from the unavailability of, or break in access to the service for whatever reason.
