Description	This dataset contains the Social Democratic Party of Lithuania (LSDP) statutes. The Social Democratic Party of Lithuania (LSDP) is a Lithuanian political party active since 1989. LSDP is the oldest historic Lithuanian political party, which was established in 1896. During the first years of the restored Lithuanian state in 1918, the LSDP actively participated in political life, and after the 1926 Seimas (Lithuanian Parliament) elections, it became a member of the ruling coalition. However, after the 1926 coup d'état, the activities of political parties were restricted, and in 1936 all parties were banned, with the sole exception of the Lithuanian Nationalist Union. In 1940, following the occupation of Lithuania by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, only the Lithuanian Communist Party was a legal political force. As the occupation regime eased, the first steps toward the restoration of the LSDP activities were taken even before the restoration of Lithuania's independence in 1990: the LSDP restoration initiative group, established on April 27, 1989; the LSDP restoration conference, held on August 12, 1989. On December 18, 1999, the first split of LSDP occurred, when the Lithuanian Party "Social Democracy 2000" was established. On January 27, 2001, LSDP merged with the Democratic Labour Party of Lithuania (LDDP). On March 24, 2018, the second split of the LSDP took place, when the Lithuanian Social Democratic Labour Party was founded.

Description	Šiame duomenų rinkinyje pateikiami Lietuvos socialdemokratų partijos (LSDP) statutai. Lietuvos socialdemokratų partija (LSDP) – Lietuvos politinė partija, veikianti nuo 1989 m. LSDP – seniausia istorinė Lietuvos politinė partija, kuri buvo įsteigta 1896 m. Pirmaisiais po 1918 m. atkurtos Lietuvos valstybės veiklos metais LSDP aktyviai dalyvavo politiniame gyvenime, o po 1926 m. Seimo rinkimų tapo valdančiosios koalicijos nare. Tačiau po 1926 m. valstybės perversmo politinių partijų veikla buvo pradėta varžyti, o 1936 m. visos partijos buvo uždraustos, išimtį paliekant tik Lietuvių tautininkų sąjungai. 1940 m., Lietuvą okupavus Sovietų Socialistinių Respublikų Sąjungai, tik Lietuvos komunistų partija buvo teisėta politinė jėga. Švelnėjant okupaciniam režimui, LSDP veiklos atnaujinimo pirmieji žingsniai žengti dar iki Lietuvos nepriklausomybės atkūrimo 1990 m.: 1989 m. balandžio 27 d. buvo įsteigta atkūrimo iniciatyvinė grupė, o 1989 m. rugpjūčio 12 d. įvyko LSDP atkuriamoji konferencija. 1999 m. gruodžio 18 d. įvyko pirmasis LSDP skilimas, kai buvo įsteigta Lietuvos partija "Socialdemokratija 2000“. 2001 m. sausio 27 d. LSDP susijungė su Lietuvos demokratine darbo partija (LDDP). 2018 m. kovo 24 įvyko antrasis LSDP skilimas, kai buvo įkurta Lietuvos socialdemokratų darbo partija.
