Description	This dataset contains the statutes of the Liberal and Centre Union (LiCS), which were digitalized into the MS Word format by the LiDA: LiCS Statute, adopted on May 31st, 2003 LCS, LLS and MKDS merger agreement, adopted on May 31st, 2003 (According to the merger agreement, certain provisions of the 2003 statute would not apply until the LiCS convention, which would take place following the 2004 Seimas elections, because the provisions specified in the merger agreement would be in effect.) LiCS Statute, adopted on February 12th, 2005 LiCS Statute, adopted on May 19th, 2007 LiCS Statute, adopted on June 27th, 2009 LiCS Statute, adopted on May 28th, 2011 The Liberal and Centre Union (LiCS) was a Lithuanian political party that has been active from 2003 to 2014. This party that has been established on May 31st, 2003, when the Liberal Union of Lithuania (LLS), the Modern Christian-Democratic Union (MKDS) and the Lithuanian Centre Union (LCS) merged into a new political organization. On December 10th, 2011 the Liberal and Centre Union merged with the National Resurrection Party (TPP). On July 12th, 2014 the Liberal and Centre Union merged with the political party Union YES (Homeland Revival and Perspective). On the basis of these two parties, a new political organization was established – the Lithuanian Freedom Union (Liberals).

LiCS įstatai, priimti 2007 m. gegužės mėn. 19 d. LiCS įstatai, priimti 2009 m. birželio mėn. 27 d. LiCS įstatai, priimti 2011 m. gegužės mėn. 28 d. Liberalų ir centro sąjunga (LiCS) – Lietuvos politinė partija, veikusi nuo 2003 m. iki 2014 m. Ši partija buvo įsteigta 2003 m. gegužės 31 d., kai Lietuvos liberalų sąjunga (LLS), Moderniųjų krikščionių demokratų sąjunga (MKDS) bei Lietuvos centro sąjunga (LCS) susijungė į naują politinę organizaciją. 2011 m. gruodžio 10 d. LiCS susijungė su Tautos prisikėlimo partija. 2014 m. liepos 12 d. LiCS susijungė su politine partija Sąjunga „TAIP“ (Tėvynės atgimimas ir perspektyva). Šių dviejų partijų pagrindu buvo įsteigta nauja politinė organizacija – Lietuvos laisvės sąjunga (liberalai).

Confidentiality Declaration In order to ensure the confidentiality of the data stored in the LiDA Dataverse repository, users must agree to the confidentiality declaration before using the data. The declaration of confidentiality obliges LiDA Dataverse repository users to protect the confidentiality of any information to which they have been granted access, if this information directly or indirectly identifies specific individuals. Intentional or unintentional disregard for this obligation may incur liability under applicable data protection laws.

Restrictions Users undertake not to transfer data curated by the LiDA and to which they have been granted access to any third parties.

Citation Requirements Publications based on the data or other resources curated by the LiDA should acknowledge this by a reference to LiDA.
