Description	This dataset contains the statutes of the Party "Order and Justice" (TT), which were digitalized into the MS Word format by the LiDA: LDP Statute, adopted on March 9th, 2003 LDP Statute, adopted on December 11th, 2004 TT(LD) Statute, adopted on May 13th, 2006 TT Statute, adopted on March 8th, 2008 TT Statute, adopted on February 8th, 2009 TT Statute, adopted on April 21st, 2012 TT Statute, adopted on November 25th, 2017 The Party "Order and Justice" (TT) was a Lithuanian political party that has been active from 2002 to 2020. The party predecessor – Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) – was founded on March 9th, 2002 as a splinter from the Liberal Union of Lithuania (LLS). However, it was renamed into the Party "Order and Justice" (Liberal Democrats) (TT[LD]) on May 13rd, 2006. The party's name was again changed to the Party "Order and Justice" (TT) on March 8th, 2008. On June 6th, 2020 the Party "Order and Justice" merged with the Lithuanian Freedom Union (Liberals), which was previously joined by the social movement "Forward, Lithuania". On the basis of these political forces, a new political organization was established – the Party "Freedom and Justice".

Partijos pirmtakė – Liberalų demokratų partija (LDP) – buvo įsteigta 2002 m. kovo 9 d., skilus Lietuvos liberalų sąjungai (LLS). Tačiau 2006 m. gegužės 13 d. pakeitė pavadinimą į partiją „Tvarka ir teisingumas (liberalai demokratai)“ (TT[LD]). 2008 m. kovo 8 d. partijos pavadinimas buvo pakeistas dar kartą – partija „Tvarka ir teisingumas“ (TT). 2020 m. birželio 6 d. partija „Tvarka ir teisingumas“ susijungė su Lietuvos laisvės sąjunga (liberalai), į kurios gretas ankščiau įsiliejo visuomeninis judėjimas „Pirmyn, Lietuva“. Confidentiality Declaration In order to ensure the confidentiality of the data stored in the LiDA Dataverse repository, users must agree to the confidentiality declaration before using the data. The declaration of confidentiality obliges LiDA Dataverse repository users to protect the confidentiality of any information to which they have been granted access, if this information directly or indirectly identifies specific individuals. Intentional or unintentional disregard for this obligation may incur liability under applicable data protection laws.

Restrictions Users undertake not to transfer data curated by the LiDA and to which they have been granted access to any third parties.

Citation Requirements Publications based on the data or other resources curated by the LiDA should acknowledge this by a reference to LiDA. To ensure that such attributions are captured by social science bibliographic utilities, citations must appear in the footnotes or in the reference section of publications.

Conditions The users are required to provide bibliographic information about all forms of publications referring to the data and other resources curated at the LiDA (in written form or by email: data@ktu.lt).
